I hope everyone has had an amazing week so far.  On this week's episode, I wanted to discuss trusting the process and why it is so important.  So often, when we are going through a really difficult time in our lives, we hear the saying - 'Trust the process.' It usually sounds super cliché, however it is so true. When I think about Summer, I think of good vibes, good energy, sunshine, blue skies and happiness. When I think about Winter, I think about cold weather, grey skies, dark clouds, rain and sadness. However each season has it's own good aspects and bad aspects, it is how you choose to view each season, especially in life. Think about it...when it's Winter, we all miss Summer and appreciate Summer so much more when it is time again, however you can't remain sad, just because there is no sunshine, you really need to look on the bright side and create your own sunshine. The o
